Half-days, picture day, away games. Add the school and team calendars once, and Braid keeps them current all season.

## Option 1: subscribe by link.

Most schools, leagues and team apps publish a calendar link. Look for "Subscribe", "iCal" or "Sync to calendar".

Paste it into Braid. When the coach moves a game, your calendar moves too.

## Option 2: forward the email.

Got the schedule as a calendar attachment? Forward the email to **calendar@braid.day** from the address you use with Braid.

Braid replies to confirm. Preview the events in the app, then approve them onto a new calendar or one you already have.

## Then make it the family's.

- Assign the calendar to a child, so it shows in their color.
- Put it on the wall display, so they see it too.
- Share it with a grandparent or caregiver with full details.

### How do I add my kid's school calendar to my family calendar?

Copy the school's calendar link and paste it into Braid, or forward the calendar email to calendar@braid.day and approve it in the app.

### What if the school sends a PDF instead of a calendar file?

Braid needs a calendar link or a .ics file today. Ask the school or team if they publish one; most do.

### Can I reject an emailed calendar?

Yes. Nothing reaches your calendar until an account owner approves it.
