Braid turns an Android tablet into a family hub for the kitchen: the week's calendar, each child's chores, and a photo frame when it's quiet.

## What the family sees.

- **The week, colored by person.** Large type, readable from across the kitchen. Switch between this week and next.
- **A column for each child.** Their photo, today's events, their chore cards and their star total.
- **Stars and rewards.** Each card earns stars. A progress bar shows how close they are to the next reward.
- **Photo frame when idle.** After a few minutes without a touch, the screen fades into a slideshow of family photos. A tap brings it back.
- **Night hours.** Dim the screen or turn the slideshow off overnight.
- **Always light and warm.** The wall uses a warm light theme made to be read across a room, day or night.

## Set it up in two minutes.

1. **Install Braid on the tablet.** Choose "Use as a wall display". The tablet shows a short code.
2. **Enter the code on your phone.** Go to Displays, then Add, and pick the settings.
3. **Hang it up.** The tablet joins your family and refreshes every minute.

## Safe in a busy kitchen.

Guests and babysitters walk past the kitchen wall. So the tablet never uses a parent's login.

It gets its own key that can only read the calendars you chose, the chores and the photos. Remove it from your phone and it stops working right away.
